Adelynn holds an MBA degree from Bradford School of Management in UK and Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from University of Technology in Malaysia. She has spent more than 15 years in the corporate world as a Business and System Integration Consultant with the honor to have served at several top major global organizations across different industries, including Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Mining, Food & Agriculture, FMCG and Banking & Insurance. During her tenure, she also performed the role of career counselor and mentor teams under her responsibility.
She enjoys the perks of single parenthood alongside her professional endeavors and seeks continuous learning to serve her family and clients at the highest level. Her passion as a Transformational Leadership Coach is to be able to serve and guide her clients through the process of reconnecting with themselves, identifying and interrupting subconscious patterns, shifting mental paradigms and harnessing self-empowerment, helping them heal, move forward and thrive through any challenging life circumstances.
Adelynn is an ICF-ACC/EMCC-accredited coach, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist by Marisa Peer, who has also graduated from Tony Robbins' Mastery University, Coaching Transformation Academy (CTA) and Conscious Coaching Institute of Dr. Shefali. Next to her intensive trainings and qualifications, she brings a diverse, deep level of skills and expertise, commitment and personal experience which continue to strengthen and inform her work with her clients.
